Shefford Lower School
If you need to get in touch with a member of staff about your child, please contact the school office by email or leave a message with reception. Our reception team will be happy to pass your message on, although staff may not always be immediately available. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Our staff aim to respond to messages as promptly as possible and will endeavour to acknowledge enquiries within 48 hours. To support the wellbeing of our team, there is no expectation for staff to respond outside of their working hours or on non-working days.
We pride ourselves on open, positive communication and our staff will always respond with care, professionalism, and integrity. We kindly ask that all communication with school staff is respectful and supportive, helping us to work together in the best interests of our children.
